Travel awards will cover part, but not all, of meeting expenses. Awards will be issued as reimbursements (not provided in advance) to partially cover some of the conference expenses (registration, accommodation, etc). In order to facilitate connections to other researchers and the society, awardees may be asked to attend certain welcoming events for travel award winners and/or membership meetings during the conference. Questions can be sent to isesdiversity@gmail.com.
Please submit your travel award application using the online application form (Google form) by May 18, 2020, at 11:59 PM EST. If you do not have access to Google, please download the application form and submit it to isesdiversity@gmail.com by the May 18, 2020 deadline. You will receive a receipt confirmation within 48 hours. You will be informed by e-mail when awardees are chosen by the joint conference Awards Committee by mid June 2020.
